Shipping

Shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide you with a quote for delivery to your door, or you may use your own carrier. After placing your order, we will contact you to determine the delivery method and cost. You may also contact us before placing your order to obtain an estimate of shipping fees. We deliver throughout North America. For orders destined to other regions of the world, please contact us. Most products available on our website are shipped within 10 days. Made-to-order products have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks.

Returns

Standard products may be returned within 30 days, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and additional fees may apply.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. If you encounter a problem with your product, please contact us for assistance. We will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, or unauthorized modification of the product.
